Making a booking

When making a booking a guide price will be given based on the information provided, I will try to be as accurate as possible. Please remember that the final price is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to your pet's size, coat type, coat condition, his/her temperament and ease of parking etc.

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel I require a 48hr notice. If cancelling within 24hrs of the appointment booked, you will be required to pay the full groom amount via a payment link that will be sent to you - this payment will need to be made before a new appointment can be given.

Full Disclosure

In order to offer a safe and high quality service is it vital that the information I have is correct and accurate. This includes but is not limited to: your pet being clear of fleas, his/her coat condition, temperament, previous grooming history, breed, size, medial conditions and parking/electrical availability at your address. 

I reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time should any information provided prove inaccurate, or illness or should an emergency occur. 

Fleas & Vaccinations

Please ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments at the time of your appointment. An additional charge of £15 will be made for any pet found to have fleas, as the next appointment will need to be moved so I can fully disinfectant the salon.

Matt Removal / Shave down

Where possible I will work through matts allowing for your desired style, however in order to minimise stress and in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act I will not to spend more than 15 minutes dematting any dog in a single session. Severe matting can be extremely uncomfortable for the dog and as such clipping the coat short is the best option in these circumstances. You will be informed if this is the case for your pet and you'll be given the option for the pet to be returned or to me to continue with clipping the coat short.

Disclaimer

Your pet's safety and wellbeing is my absolute number one priority and every effort will be made to ensure this. I am first aid trained and fully insured however please be aware that working with animals and sharp tools means that unfortunately accidents (including cuts, nicks, scratches, over trimming of nails etc.) can happen. I will of course inform you if any problems are encountered during your pet's groom. 

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your pet's groom please let me know within 24 hours and I will do my best to rectify the issue.

Before and After Photos

Photos/videos may be taken of your dog before, during and after his or her groom, if you would rather these were not used online please let me know.
